AS Solopreneur provides tools for workspaces, including CRM, tasks, billing, expenses, bookings, and integrations.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account. Workspace owners/admins control access for their workspace members.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product to send spam or illegal content.

4. Integrations

If you connect third‑party services (such as Google Calendar, Gmail, or Drive), you authorize AS Solopreneur to access those services as needed to provide the features you enable. You can revoke access at any time through the third‑party provider.

5. Payments

If you enable payments (e.g. pay‑first bookings), you are responsible for configuring your payment provider and complying with its terms.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that integrations will always be available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AS Solopreneur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required to comply with law or to protect the service and users.
